How do I check availability and book?

  • Use the contact form to enquire about a date, or alternatively, contact us on our phone number to find out availability. Once you have confirmed a date with us, we will send out a booking form for you to complete and return.

Do you require a deposit?

  • Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 to confirm the booking, this is held separately from the full balance. This deposit acts as a 'damages deposit' and is refunded following collection, as per our T&C's.

What space is required?

  • The sailboard backdrops measure from 4ft-6ft in height and vary in width. Due to the nature of these displays, they can take up different amounts of space.
  • We use sandbags to keep the boards from falling over.

What is included in the hire - what to expect?

  • We cover the set up, dismantling and any cleaning of equipment.
  • Hire includes use for upto 4 hours, with additional hire times bookable pending availability.
  • We do not charge for set up/collection timings and offer free delivery within a 10 miles radius of our location.

What do I (the hirer) need to provide?

  • We ask before booking that the hirer can confirm the space indoor/outdoor is adequate and suited to our requirements, as mentioned above.
  • We need clear access to the area of setup.

What happens if there is damage or loss of any of the hired equipment?

  • We require a damages deposit prior to the event, which will be held until all the equipment has been collected and checked for damages. What space is required?

  • The space can be dependant on what is available, our set ups range from 3-5 metres square.
  • Please confirm space available in advance of booking

What is included in the hire - what to expect?

  • We cover the set up, dismantling and cleaning of the equipment.
  • When we arrive, we use a white groundsheet to cover the area. This protects equipment and mats from any dirt or debris that may cause damage to it. We provide an a-frame board with basic 'rules' of play.
  • Hire includes use for upto 3 hours, with additional hire times bookable pending availability. We do not charge for set up/collection timings and offer free delivery within a 10 miles radius of our location.

What do I (the hirer) need to provide?

  • We ask before booking that the hirer can confirm the space indoor/outdoor is adequate and suited to our requirements, as mentioned above.
  • We need clear access to the area, whether this is along the side of your house, or access on ground level into a venue to be able to wheel the equipment in on a trolley. The width needs to be approximately 80cm or wider to accommodate this trolley.
  • Please move any indoor furniture/obstacles or any outdoor garden furniture, bins, play equipment etc and provide a clear route to the space from our van, so as not to delay the set up.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

  • As the UK weather is always unpredictable, we will do our best to ensure your booking can go ahead if it is outdoor. But please ensure you have a marquee/gazebo option for this.
  • We do require a suitable indoor alternative though if outdoor is not an option due to weather.

What are the user restrictions?

  • The play equipment is suitable for babies and toddlers only, with adult supervision required at all times.
  • No food or drink is to be consumed at any time on the play area.

Is the equipment safe?

  • Yes, we use the UK's highest quality manufacturer's to make these products.
  • Before use, we carry out necessary safety checks and ensure the area and items are clean and clear of any debris.
  • We also have risk assessments in place and follow industry guidelines for maintenance/cleaning and usage.

Can the lights be used outside?

  • Yes, but only in suitable dry conditions or under shelter and not placed on muddy or wet surfaces. If used outside, the customer is responsible for supplying a means of connecting the power source safely and for bringing the light(s) back indoors in the event of poor weather.

Where will you deliver to?

  • We deliver free of charge within a 10 mile radius of Sandbach. We will happily travel outside these parameters, however, travel costs will be charged.

  • We can supply sweets at an additional cost. These are provided in sealed, food standard containers. Please contact us directly to discuss dietary and allergy requirements.
